528 candidates may get appointment soon. CM Manohar Lal Khatter has passed the file of those candidates who are working on ad hoc base. The selection of candidates who were absent in the scientific verification (Thumb Impression) was canceled. The other 108 candidates will also get appointment whose thumb impression were not found correct because of the High Court's directions.

Selected JBT's of waiting list HTET 2011 and HTET 2013 passed candidates start Hunger Strike till death. These selected candidates are waiting for their appointment for the last one year. They decided to start hunger strike till death after they had met Chief Minister. According to teachers Government had filed an affidavit to appoint around 12000 selected candidates. But still around 900 of selected JBT teachers are waiting for their joining.

An appeal was filed by the candidates who are in waiting list of 2011 HTET Pass selection list to recall the judgment of Antim Kumari v/s state of Haryana and others. Punjab And Haryana High court's bench consisting its chief Justice, today issued notices to all the respondents of Antim Kumari v/s state of Haryana and others. The next date for this case is now 22nd , August 2017.Honorable Punjab and Haryana High court stayed the termination process of Primary Teachers 9870 up to July 26, 2017. These teachers fall under low merit according to the revised merit list. They were given termination letters. But on 7th July court stayed the termination process of 2011 selected and appointed primary teachers. Now the next date is July 26, 2017.
On 8th June 2017- Honorable High Court stayed the process of terminating the service of Lower merit The case was filed by a petitioner named Virender Singh. The honorable court stated that the selection of 2013 HTET passed candidates was only on mercy ground. As per rule they can not be appointed by passing 2011 HTET pass candidates.
On 2nd June 2017 Directorate of school Education Haryana issued an order to cancel the appointment of the Primary Teacher who came under low merit. The appointment of these primary teachers who have joined their services in education department as jbt teacher is to be canceled according to Directorate School Education Haryana. These candidates are not entitled to be appointed as primary teacher. The concerned DEEO's are asked to initiate the process for cancellation of appointment of these newly selected / joined candidates up to 6th June 2017. These newly appointed PRT teachers will answer the show cause notice "why does their appointment not be canceled" before 9th June 2017.

In this CM the petitioner has challenged the appointment process of Primary Teachers. The petitioner Naveen Kumar has argued in the petition that the government is dis obeying the order of honorable high court in the case of Antim Kumari v/s state of Haryana and others. In which it was stated that the govt of can appoint the candidates who have passed HTET in the Year 2013. The court ordered that government may appoint 12731 Primary Teachers. And the second merit list / combined merit list/ revised merit list was prepared in the year 2015. And now while appointing JBT the government is not issuing appointment letters to the candidates who have passed HTET 2013. This is contempt of court.
The Honorable High court placed the following order on 8th May, 2017:-
CM No.1361 and 1368 of 2017 in LPA No.720 of 2016 CM No.1380 of 2017 in LPA No.686 of 2016 and CM Nos.6402 and 6887 of 2017 in CWP No.2203 of 2016
Heard learned counsel for the parties. List for further consideration on 24.05.2017. Meanwhile, State is directed to identify the total number of posts to be filled in as per the order dated 20.04.2017, as also the number of selected candidates, who as per the original merit list or revised merit list or in terms of the directions issued by learned Single Judge(s), are entitled for appointment. It is further directed as an interim measure that appointments be offered strictly in order of merit as per the revised merit list but subject to final outcome of these proceedings. If some posts remain unfilled after appointing the candidates as per the revised merit list, the same may be offered to the candidates in waiting list provided that the total appointments do not exceed the advertised posts. Let a copy of this order be placed in the files of connected matters.

After appointing both the HTET 2011 and HTET 2013 Passed candidates the government can appoint waiting list candidates. But the government Can not make appointments more than the advertised posts that is 9870.
This is only an interim order and the case is listed for hearing again on 24th May, 2017.

2. वीरवार से PRT / JBT को मिलेंगे नियुक्ति पत्र।
3. प्राथमिक तौर पर 9455 की पहली PRT List वालों को कराया जाएगा Join.
4. 370 Selected Primary Teacher Haryana पाये गए फर्जी , उनके खिलाफ विभाग दर्ज करवाएगा एफआईआर।
5. 1200 के करीब PRT की एफएसएल से नही आई है रिपोर्ट।
6. करीब 600 Teachers नही करवाने आये अपनी अंगूठा वेरिफिकेशन। इनकी Joining टेम्परेरी रोकी जायेगी।
7. कोर्ट के 54 पोस्ट वेकेंट रखने के साथ ही 1800 पोस्ट भी रखी जाऐगी वेकेंट।

20 अप्रैल 2017 को हरियाणा 9870 JBT के स्टे मामले पर कोर्ट में बहस हुई। तकरीबन 5 से 10 मिनट तक चली इस बहस में पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट की डिवीज़न बेंच ने 9455 Selected JBT को राहत देते हुए, वर्ष 2012 में विज्ञापित 9870 JBT Bharti पर लगे स्टे को मॉडिफाई (Stay order Modify) परिवर्तन कर दिया। कोर्ट ने सरकार को 54 सीटें रिज़र्व रख कर बाकी बची सीटों पर Joining पर लगी रोक को हटा दिया।

उधर विभाग के सूत्रों के अनुसार विभाग ने 9455 selected JBT / PRT Haryana को जोइनिंग देने की पूरी तैयारी कर रखी है। 21 या 22 अप्रैल 2017 को शिक्षा विभाग हरियाणा अपने आला अधिकारीयों की मीटिंग लेकर 9455 Selected JBT / PRT को जोइनिंग देने की प्रक्रिया शुरू करेगा। अगर इन सूत्रों की माने तो शिक्षा विभाग हरियाणा लगभग एक सप्ताह के भीतर भीतर Selected 9455 JBT Teachers की नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर देगा।
जैसे ही हाई कोर्ट के आर्डर की कॉपी प्राप्त हो जाएगी व चयनित जेबीटी के स्टेशन अलॉटमेंट का कार्य पूरा होगा Haryana JBT Teacher Joining Letter जल्द ही विभाग की वेबसाइट पर अपलोड कर दिए जाएंगे।
