Appointment Joining Letter Proforma - JBT PRT Primary Teacher Haryana
April 28, 2017: Haryana Education department has dispatched Appointment Joining Letter Proforma for JBT PRT Primary Teacher Haryana to the DEEO's of 21 district of Haryana on 27th April 2017. This proforma is to be filled and completed by DEEO's of their respective Districts. After filling this Appointment Joining Letter Proforma, the same is to be handed over to the selected JBT PRT candidate of Haryana. The DEEO shall mention the school of posting in this proforma and the date from which a candidate should join his service.
At the time of joining or appointment of JBT PRT teacher Haryana, their documents and certificates will be verified by DEEO necessarily. Police verification, medical certificate and character certificate may be submitted after joining.
Important Points -
Identical means the thumb impression and signature of the selected JBT PRT candidate is same as it is in the HTET examination
Same Person Means the the selected JBT PRT candidate is also genuine. Meaning of both the Identical and Same Person is same.
FSL pending means the report of thumb impression and signature verification is still pending from Forensic Scientific Lab
FSL Not definite means the thumb impression and signature of the selected JBT PRT Primary Teacher Haryana is not in the condition for matching with the original. These candidates can neither be called fraud or original. Further scientific investigation will take place for these candidates.

जिन चयनित जेबीटी साथियो को जिला फतेहाबाद आबंटित हुआ है उनके लिए अभी आधिकारिक रूप से ली गई जानकारी के अनुसार सूचना ये है कि अभी सोमवार तक कोई आगामी कार्यवाही नहीं होनी है। इसलिए जिन चयनित जेबीटी साथियो को जिला फतेहाबाद आबंटित हुआ है वे साथी सोमवार तक डीईईओ कार्यालय न आएं। सोमवार को ही प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ेगी। अगर निदेशालय से डीईईओ कार्यालय को कोई नए दिशा निर्देश जारी हुए तो आपको सूचित कर कर दिया जाएगा . हालाँकि नियुक्ति देने में अब फिर 3 दिन का समय जाया करना मेरे लिए तो निश्चित रूप चिंता का सबब है।

--हरियाणा के लगभग सभी जिलों में यही हालात रहेंगे जब तक कि निदेशालय नियुक्ति कार्य में तेजी लाने से सम्बन्धित कोई अन्य ठोस निर्देश न दे . कल DEEO को खाली बिना डिटेल भरे नियुक्ति पत्र दिए गये है जिसे DEEO द्वारा ही भरा जाना है . उसके बाद ही वो नियुक्ति पत्र उम्मीदवार को दिए जाएगे .

--थम्ब इम्प्रेशन की पहली जाँच में ही सही पाए गए चयनित जेबीटी को स्टेट क्राइम रिकॉर्ड ब्यूरो मधुबन (SCRB) "Identical" लिखता है और जिन चयनित जेबीटी के अंगूठों को SCRB ने मिलान करने योग्य स्थिति में नहीं पाया गया था उनके हस्ताक्षर जाँच के लिए फोरेंसिक साइंस लेबोरेट्री मधुबन (FSL) भेज गया था जो अपनी रिपोर्ट में सही उम्मीदवार को "Same Person" लिखती है। इसलिए "Identical" व "Same Person" लिखे हुए सभी चयनित जेबीटी पूरी पाक साफ व सही है और पूरी तरह नियुक्ति योग्य है।
